SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are investigating a "suspicious death" after a woman's body was found inside a northwest-side home late Friday night, authorities say.
Police were called to a residence on the 5600 block of Timber Rail around 11:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found a woman's body inside the home. The medical examiner identified the woman as Alisa Anne Massey, 47.
A man and woman were also found inside the residence. They were detained and taken in for questioning, police said.
Further into the investigation police learned Massey may have been injected with an unknown drug.
The investigation is ongoing.
