Deputies looking for 17-year-old murder suspect

A 25-year-old woman inside the home was killed and a 41-year-old woman was shot in the leg in the incident.

SAN ANTONIO — Deputies are asking for the public's help in finding a 17-year-old suspect in a murder and aggravated assault case from last year.

On October 5, 2022, BCSO responded to a shooting in the 11000 block of Bald Mountain. Investigators say two young suspects were driving around in a stolen vehicle and fired more than 100 rounds into a house. Deputies say they were targeting the home out of a retaliation for a previous shooting, but they fired at the wrong home.

A 25-year-old woman inside the home was killed and a 41-year-old woman was shot in the leg in the incident.

Deputies were able to arrest the two young suspects after a short chase along Highway 151. Since then, one of those suspects, Isaac Gonzales, 17, was certified to stand trial for murder as an adult, BCSO said. Last week, two warrants were issued for Gonzales, murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

BSCO is asking for help finding Gonzales, who is not currently in their custody. If you know anything about his whereabouts, please contact the BCSO at 210-335-6000 or call 911 in cases of emergencies. Isaac Gonzales is believed to be armed and dangerous.
