DALLAS -- A teacher accused of having sex with two of her students allegedly engaged with one of the teens while her children were in the care of his 19-year-old friend.
Police said Pamela Leone Jones, 35, had sex with two of her 16-year-old students. U.S. Marshals arrested Jones Tuesday. She's currently being held on a $50,000 bond.
According to police, a football coach at DeSoto High School tipped them off to the encounters after the suspect's husband called and said his wife had been involved with two of her students.
The two teens claim they had sexual relations with Jones outside of school grounds.
One of the teens said Jones went to his aunt's apartment on April 26 and he and the teacher had sex in a car outside.
The teen said he initially pushed off the teacher's advances and called it too weird, read an arrest warrant. However, he said he eventually gave in to her and was told not to tell anyone after the encounter was over.
The second student claims that on Sunday, Jones invited him to her home in Dallas and the two had sex inside. According to the warrant, the teacher's children, the eldest age 5, was inside the home at the time and in the care of the teen's 19-year-old friend.
Police say Jones is being held on charges of sexual assault of a child, which is a second degree felony.
Officials with the DeSoto Independent School District say Jones works for Athletes for Change.

DeSoto ISD has a working relationship with Athletes for Change a residential treatment facility in Glenn Heights.
That said, they are solely responsible for their employees. The students and staff in their charge do not attend school or work on DeSoto ISD campuses. They remain at the facility for the duration of their treatment. The accused does not, and has not, worked directly for DeSoto ISD.
We, as the boundary ISD, pay for the faculty hired by Athletes for Change that educate the students, boys age 13-17, at the residential treatment facility.
We are disheartened at the accusations against one of their employees. Said behavior is not tolerated by ANY DeSoto ISD employee, or affiliate.
