SAN ANTONIO — Kids and parents are rejoicing for Dog Man: The Musical, which is coming to San Antonio in January.
The production will run January 25 & 26 to the Majestic Theatre in downtown San Antonio.
The show is based on the popular hit book series by the creator of Captain Underpants, Dav Pilkey, and features Dog Man, who has the head of a dog and body of a policeman. His crime-fighting adventures lead to some hilarious and outrageous situations.
The script and lyrics are from Kevin Del Aguila, the two-time Emmy winning writer of the hit PBS show Peg + Cat. The music is from Brad Alexander, who has been nominated for his work on See Rock City & Other Destinations.
