SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio authorities say a previously reported missing woman with a diagnosed intellectual disability was found safe Thursday afternoon.

The San Antonio Police Department issued an endangered missing person alert for a woman who has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability.
Anita Gomez, 64, was last seen Wednesday at 6711 S. New Braunfels Ave. San Antonio, TX walking on foot around 5 p.m.
She was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and using a black and red walker.
Gomez is 5-foot-1 with brown hair, brown eyes and weighs approximately 133 pounds.
Authorities believe her disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.
