SAN ANTONIO -- The I-Team has obtained exclusive surveillance footage of a crash involving a VIA bus and a pedestrian earlier this month.
The accident took place on January 12 around 7 p.m. at the intersection of West Martin Street and North Frio Street.

According to police, Brian Cochran, the 41-year-old pedestrian was okay following the accident, but was taken to a local hospital for observation.
Cochran was reportedly walking in the street, and not a designated crosswalk area.
The I-Team is working to see if the driver was disciplined in any way. According to police, the driver of the VIA bus was making a legal turn at a green light when the collision took place.
