SAN ANTONIO — FBI agents were seen entering Delia's tamale restaurant locations in San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley on Wednesday.
The agents were "performing court-authorized law enforcement activity," an FBI spokesperson told KENS 5.
No additional information was provided by the FBI about the nature of their visit to the restaurant locations.
Agents were seen at the Delia's location near Loop 1604 and Hausman Road in northwest San Antonio just before noon Wednesday.
FBI agents also reportedly were present at Delia's locations in McAllen and Pharr in the Rio Grande Valley on Wednesday.
Delia's has seven restaurants overall.
The restaurant faces a lawsuit by former employees accusing Delia's of theft, fraud and age discrimination.
