SAN ANTONIO — A fight over some property late Sunday night ended when one of the men involved pulled out a weapon and shot the other man in the stomach, police said.
San Antonio Police responded to the Zarzamora Corner Store located on the 1600 block of N. Zarzamora Street for reports of a shooting in progress around 11:10 p.m.
Police said two men estimated to be in their 20s were possibly fighting over property when one shot the other in the stomach.
The victim was taken to BAMC and is currently listed in critical condition.
The suspect fled southbound on Zarzamora in a dark-colored sedan, according to police.
No other information was given.
The shooting remains under investigation.
