FORT WORTH, Texas — It's officially that time of the year – it's Halloween and it's time to celebrate.
If you're not of trick-or-treating age, Halloween might entail dressing up and going out to a bar or staying in and watching spooky movies. But for some, this is the perfect season to visit a haunted house and get a solid boost of adrenaline.
And according to a new list put out by USA Today, no haunted house is better at supplying these frights than Cutting Edge Haunted House in Fort Worth.
The list, which was voted on by a panel of eight experts, lists Cutting Edge or "Hell's Half Acre" as the No. 1 spot to experience the best Halloween thrills.
"This 100-year-old abandoned meatpacking plant takes visitors on a 55-minute haunted experience with its twisting corridors and multiple stories of live actors and special effects," USA Today said in its list.
This isn't the first time Cutting Edge has been recognized. USA Today awarded the haunted house the No. 1 spot in both 2023 and 2021.
Cutting Edge also holds multiple world records for the World's Largest Haunted Attraction and the World's Largest Walk Through Haunted House.
If you want to experience the haunted house for yourself, you can still do so through Nov. 2. For Halloween night, ticket prices are $54.99, and the following nights will be $44.99.
