SAN ANTONIO — Firefighters quickly end a house fire on the south side Wednesday afternoon, according to fire officials.
The incident occurred on the 300 block of W. Harlan Avenue around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday.
Officials say a resident left a space heater on for their dogs while they were inside the home and unfortunately caught some things on fire.
Firefighters estimate at this time a $20,000 cost for damages for a combination of belongings inside the home and structure damage.
