Kendall County Sheriff searching for suspect who shot, killed two horses

COMFORT, Texas — Officials in Kendall County are searching for the suspect who shot and killed two horses at the end of January.

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office posted about the incident on social media.

KCSO says that on January 30, Milbey Moore's two horses, April and Rita, were shot from across the fence while the pair were inside their own pasture on the 100 block of Giles Ranch Road B in Comfort.

April was shot in her neck, shattering her spine, while Rita was shot in the chest. Both horses died from their injuries.
