KERRVILLE, Texas - A Kerrville ISD teacher was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with having an improper relationship with a student, according to the Kerrville Police Department.
Sara D'Spain was arrested as a result of an on-going investigation into two separate allegations of improper relationships between educators and students from Tivy High School. The second incident is still currently under investigation.
D’Spain is being held in the Kerr County Jail with a bond set at $35,000.
The charge is a second-degree felony that is punishable by two to 20 years of incarceration and a fine of up to $10,000.
