BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A man is accused of brutally beating and choking his girlfriend and this is not the first time the suspect is facing charges of assault, authorities said.
According to an arrest warrant, the attack happened last year at an apartment complex.
The warrant says David Morin, Jr. and his girlfriend had split up, but Morin broke into her apartment. The warrant said he was mad at her for applying to work in a strip club. When she tried to get away, he attacked her and bit off part of her nose, authorities said.
Morin is also accused of attacking the same woman in April of 2022. In that attack, investigators say Morin slammed the victim's head into the wall of the shower, choked her and started kicking her multiple times.
He was also arrested in 2013 and charged with murder, but according to online records, the case was dismissed because a witness did not show up to testify.
