SAN ANTONIO — Police say a man is accused of driving drunk and running into a car with two infants in the back seat.
Officers say Jesse Hernandez rear-ended a car that was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Wurzbach and Datapoint on Saturday at 2:25 a.m.
Police say the infants in the car that was rear-ended were checked out by paramedics and did not require transport to the hospital.
Hernandez is charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
