SAN ANTONIO — An accident on the northeast side of town took the life of a driver of a box truck, after he rolled it over off of the highway and became pinned inside it, police say.
San Antonio Police responded to Loop 410 near the Kirby exit at midnight on Wednesday for reports of a rollover crash.
When officers arrived, they found the male driver pinned inside the box truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Police are not sure what caused the man to roll his truck over.
The crash had parts of Loop 410 closed while police worked to investigate the crash and clear the scene.
This is a developing story.
