SAN ANTONIO — A man was found fatally stabbed in the chest at a bus stop on the west side of town by police Monday morning.
San Antonio Police responded to the intersection of North Zarzamora Street and West Poplar Street around 9:15 a.m. for reports of a cutting victim.
When officers arrived, they found the victim, identified as 24-year-old Frank Hernandez, dead from a stab wound to his chest.
Police do not have any more information about how it happened or who may be responsible.
The incident is under investigation.
