SAN ANTONIO — A man has been hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after police say he was hit by an alleged drunk driver.
San Antonio Police responded to the intersection of Southwest Military Drive and New Laredo Highway around 1:30 a.m. Sunday for reports of an intoxication assault.
Police say the driver of a Ford F150 was speeding when he crashed into the back of a 2014 Ford Flex. The driver of the Flex, a 39-year-old man, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the F150 was found to be intoxicated and is facing a charge of intoxication assault, according to police.
