SAN ANTONIO — One man has been injured after a shooting at a house on the northeast side Thursday afternoon, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.
The incident took place on the 8000 block of Coral Meadow Thursday.
Officials say that the man was shot at a house and jumped into a vehicle. The suspects then fled the scene in a silver vehicle.
The man sustained gunshot wounds to his arm and leg, according to Bexar County officials.
