Man shot in fight outside of downtown bar, police say

Details are very limited at this time and police have no description of the suspect.

SAN ANTONIO — A man ended up shot during a fight in a downtown bar early Monday morning, police say.

San Antonio Police responded to the HangTime Bar & Patio located in the 300 block of Austin Street, near the Hays Street Bridge, around 2:07 a.m. for reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they found a victim with a single gunshot wound to his torso. He was taken to BAMC in stable condition.

Details are limited at this time and officers are still working to learn what led up to the fight. 

Right now police do not have a description of the suspect.
