SAN ANTONIO — A man told police he was shot while driving on the west side of town early Wednesday morning.
San Antonio Police responded to the 300 block of North Pinto Street, not far from West Martin Street, around 12:30 a.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the location they found a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his arm. He was taken to BAMC in stable condition.
He told police that he was driving on Guadalupe Street when someone started shooting at him.
Police do not have a description of the suspect at this time
