SAN ANTONIO — Police need your help looking for a man diagnosed with a cognitive impairment.
65-year-old Eloy Pena Jr. was last seen on foot at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday at 307 W. Cypress St. Pena was wearing a gray and blue short sleeved collared shirt, khaki pants and gray tennis shoes.
