BOERNE, Texas — The Boerne Police Department needs the public's help finding a 74-year-old man who has cancer and diabetes, according to a social media post.
Clemence Barstow was last seen Friday morning near Wanda Street and Highland Street. Police say he might need urgent medical attention.
