SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are investigating an accident involving a motorcyclist who was stuck by a vehicle on the 1000 block of South W.W. White Road, on the city’s east side Thursday morning.

A spokesperson for SAPD said many details are unknown at this time due to conflicting statements from witnesses and bystanders, but they do know the accident involved an older woman driving the car and a man believed to be in his 30s, driving the motorcycle.

The motorcyclist suffered head trauma and was taken to a local hospital in critical condition, police said.

The driver of the vehicle suffered no serious injuries and was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

This is a developing story.
