A juvenile suspect has been arrested following a downtown Dallas shooting last month that left three people hospitalized, police said.
A Dallas police spokesperson said police were called about the shooting in the 1800 block of Commerce Street downtown shortly after noon on Sept. 12.
The juvenile suspect was arrested on Sept. 24 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and deadly conduct, according to DPD.
"The suspect's name will not be released due to their age," DPD said.

Dallas Fire-Rescue confirmed multiple units responded to the scene, including five rescue units, and two of them took patients to the hospital.
Sources tell WFAA the incident started with an argument. Two adults and a 16-year-old Dallas ISD student were shot in the ensuing shootout, sources confirm.
They're all expected to be OK, sources tell WFAA. The department confirmed that the suspect was one of the victims taken to the hospital.
Call logs show the address matches the one for the Continental Building next to the AC Hotel Dallas downtown. One resident told WFAA that she heard more than a dozen gunshots before being rushed out of her apartment.
"I ran in my closet, I hid. I called the police immediately," said Dayana Bailey. "It was the screaming, it was the screeching, it terrified my soul and my spirit."
She said she saw bullet casings and a trail of blood as police evacuated her out of the building.
"Blood everywhere, blood in the hallways, blood in the elevators when you get to the first floor," she said.
Candice Haywood said she saw one of the victims who made it outside the building -- and helped him until an ambulance arrived.
"I compressed his bullet wound and he was calling for his momma," she said.
