Multiple shots fired at west-side homes; one man found dead

According to San Antonio Police Department, a call came in around 6 p.m. of multiple shots fired in the area of Sabinas and San Luis. 

SAN ANTONIO -- One man is dead in a shooting incident in a west-side neighborhood that left houses and cars with bullet holes.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office said 35-year-old Roland Solis was the victim in this case.

San Antonio police responded at about 6 p.m. to the 600 block of South Sabinas after a call reported multiple shots heard fired in the area.

When officers arrived, they found Solis had been fatally shot. Police said they believe the victim was involved in the shooting and that there were at least four suspects involved.

Four houses and two cars were shot at, but no one else was harmed.

There was no immediate description of the suspects as police continued to investigate the shooting scene.
