SAN ANTONIO — A man is in the hospital after police say he was stabbed by his brother on the west side of town early Monday morning.
San Antonio Police respponded to the 8700 block of Marbach Road just off Loop 410 around 12:30 a.m. for reports of a stabbing.
Police say when they arrived at the scene, they found one man bleeding at the apartment complex. Officers say it was some kind of argument or dispute that led one brother stabbing his sibling.
The man's stab wound was severe enough that officers immediately applied a tourniquet to slow the bleeding.
The victim was taken to University Hospital in serious condition.
Officers say the suspect was detained at the scene.
This is still under investigation.
Police say they are still working to determine the charges the man will face.
