SAN ANTONIO — UPDATE: The girl's family tells KENS 5 she has been found.

Police are asking for your help in finding a missing teen who suffers from medical conditions, last seen on Wednesday, December 13.
Khloe Jane Eiland, 14, was last seen near the 11000 block of I-10 on the Northwest Side, according to San Antonio Police.
Khloe is 4'10" tall, weighs about 125 pounds and has brown eyes and blonde hair. Her nose is pierced on the left side, and she has a scar on her right eyelid, and walks with a limp on her left leg. She was last seen wearing a purple shirt, black hoodie, blue jeans, and white and purple Air Jordan's.
Authorities want to remind you that that harboring a runaway child is a Class A misdemeanor and is punishable by a fine of up to $4,000 and jail time for up to a year.
If you have seen heror know where she might be, you are asked to call the San Antonio Police Department Missing Persons Unit at (210) 207-7660.
