SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect who shot a man in the parking lot of a motel on the west side of town early Sunday morning.
San Antonio Police officers responded to the 6500 block of West Military Drive around 3:08 a.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the location, they found a victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
According to witnesses, two men got into some sort of altercation in the back parking lot of the motel, and one of the men pulled out a weapon and shot the other twice.
The suspect then fled from the scene in an unknown vehicle.
No description was provided for the suspect or the car that he got away in.
