SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for a suspect who shot and killed a man at a Taco Cabana on the northeast side of town late last night.
It happened in the 4600 block of Rittiman Road near I-35 on the northeast side of town around 9 p.m. Saturday night.
Investigators say a man was sitting in the patio area of the restaurant when the suspect walked up and shot the victim multiple times.
The victim, who police say was in his 30s or 40s, died at the scene.
Investigators say the shooter took off and after searching the area officers weren't able to find him. Detectives are working to find surveillance video to find out more about who fired the deadly shots.
