SAPD: Missing 11-year-old girl found safe

Authorities say Nora Wade has been safely located.

SAN ANTONIO — UPDATE: Nora Wade has been found safe, according to SAPD.

The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating an 11-year-old girl who has been diagnosed with a medical condition.

Nora Wade was reportedly last seen on the 11000 block of Almond Park wearing a pink or gray shirt, gray joggers and black with white shoes. 

She is 5-foot-2, weighs approximately 100 lbs., has brown eyes and brown shoulder-length hair.

If anyone has information regarding Wade's whereabouts, they are urged to contact SAPD's Missing Person Unit at 210-207-7660.
