SAN ANTONIO — Bexar County authorities say a previously reported 11-year-old girl has been found safe and reunited with her family.

An 11-year-old girl is missing after she didn't return home in northeast Bexar County on Wednesday afternoon.
The Bexar County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) said the young girl was last seen around 4:15 p.m. in the 8000 block of Chipping Drive, near Montgomery and Walzem. She was wearing a polo shirt, blue jeans and had a "Hello Kitty" backpack when she disappeared, the agency's Facebook post said.
She stands 5 feet tall, weighs about 86 pounds, and has brown eyes and brown hair.
