SAN ANTONIO — Police officers with the San Antonio Police Department found a man dead in the driveway of on abandoned home on the east side Sunday afternoon.
Around 2:30 p.m., SAPD responded to reports of a shooting in progress on Canton Street and St. James Street.
Upon arrival, officers said they found a man in his late 20s to early 30s dead in the driveway of an abandoned home with several gunshots wounds. Authorities said they found at least 10 shell casings on the scene.
The victim has been identified as Rashaad Ellison, 26. Authorities say he died from multiple gunshot owunds.
