SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police say an apparent argument between roommates on the northwest side ended with one of them hurt and the other, his suspected shooter, dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Officers responded to Grand at The Dominion Apartments, a gated complex near Interstate 10 and Boerne Stage Road, at around 8:20 p.m. for reports of gunfire. According to an SAPD sergeant, officers broke their way into a unit to find both victims, neither of which has been identified yet.
The wounded man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition as police continue to investigate.
