SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing 16-year-old who has reportedly been diagnosed with a medical condition.
BCSO says Kenyon Lewis is 5-foot-11-inches with black hair and was last seen around 12:30 a.m. on Saturday wearing a black hoodie and sweatpants.
Lewis has been diagnosed with a medical condition and reportedly has a cellphone, but all calls are being forwarded straight to voicemail.
