SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is urging the public to avoid I-35 near Zarzamora as officers handle an "active situation" with an individual on the city's south side.
SAPD says the area will be closed "for an unknown time" in a tweet sent Tuesday afternoon.
