SAN ANTONIO — Police believe they're looking for two suspects after they say a middle-aged man was stabbed on the west side Monday afternoon.
The victim, whom authorities believe is about 50 years old, is expected to be OK after San Antonio police say he was stabbed twice near Buena Vista and Guadalupe. It's believed some sort of fight deescalated into violence when the man was stabbed; police say two suspects fled the area before officers arrived.
One person was detained at the scene but it's unclear exactly how he might have been involved. The victim hasn't been identified. A KENS 5 crew observed multiple SAPD units and security tape being set up when they arrived.
