SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police responded to a stabbing on the city’s northwest side Wednesday morning where a man allegedly assaulted a woman.
Police said they arrived at the location on the 400 block of East Sunshine Drive and officers found the victim suffering from excessive blood loss and a puncture wound in the neck.
The victim was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
One person was detained near the scene according to police, but no word on any charges at this time.
