SAPD searching for missing 17-year-old last seen on northeast side

Police said the missing teen has a diagnosed medical condition.

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in location 17-year-old Semiya Armani Isaac.

Isaac is five feet tall, has brown eyes, braided waist-length hair, braces, tattoos on both arms and piercings in her nose and both ears.

She was reportedly last seen on the 10000 block of Crosswinds Way wearing a white shirt and shorts. SAPD said Isaac has a diagnosed medical condition.

If anyone has any information regarding Isaac's whereabouts, you are urged to contact the San Antonio Police Department's Missing Person Unit at 210-207-7660.
