SAN ANTONIO — Multiple school district in the greater San Antonio area are facing internet and phone problems, officials said Tuesday.
Northside ISD posted a message on social media around 12:00 p.m. informing families that internet and phone lines are down across the district. The district says they are working with the provider to resolve the problem and referred families to their emergency phone list.
Edgewood ISD posted a similar message describing the internet outage problems for their district.
North East ISD also sent a message to parents that stated the internet outage was due to a fiber cut that was impacting areas in San Antonio, Austin and surrounding regions. There was no estimated time for repair.
