SAN ANTONIO — This weekend, May 10-12, is stacked with plenty of fun and family-friendly opportunities to enjoy the city, from big-name headliners making tour stops in San Antonio to arts and culture events you won't want to miss.
Whether you're looking to go all out for your Mother's Day weekend plans or keep it chill with a free outdoor movie screening, this weekend's round-up of events might have just what you're looking for.

Grupo Firme
Latin Grammy-winning Regional Mexican band Grupo Firme is set to bring "La Última Peda" to Frost Bank Center on Friday as part of a stop on their 2024 tour.
Founded in Tijuana in 2014, the band continues to break sales records with sold-out shows all over the continent, including the U.S., Mexico, and Central and South America.
It's a party you won't want to miss. Tickets are still available, so get them while they last.

Luke Combs
The highly anticipated Luke Combs: Growin' Up and Gettin' Old Tour makes its stop in the Alamo City this weekend. With performances on both Friday and Saturday, the country singer will light up the city's largest venue.
On Friday, Combs' lineup of supporting acts include Cody Jinks, Charles Wesley Godwin, Hailey Whitters and The Wilder Blue. Saturday's lineup features Jordan Davis, Mitchell Tenpenny, Drew Parker and Colby Acuff.

Luis Miguel
Often referred to as "El Sol de Mexico," Mexican ballad singer Luis Miguel is returning to San Antonio on Saturday following a sold out show last November.
The concert is expected to draw in large crowds at Frost Bank Center so you may want to snag those last minute tickets for mom before they sell out.
When: Saturday, May 11, at 8 p.m.

Brick at Bluestar turns 10!
A San Antonio staple, the Brick at Bluestar is celebrating 10 years of providing a safe space for sharing visual, literary, theatre, dance, music, film, fashion, performance, culinary arts, and experimental projects with the community.
A big party will be held to mark the milestone and it's set to be tons of fun for the whole family.
The lineup of performers includes Alyson Alonzo, Sweet Charbonneau and the Fur Trappers, Mr. Pidge and Volcan. Attendees can also enjoy local art, local goods market and more.
When: Saturday, May 11, from 7 to 11 p.m.
Where: Brick (108 Blue Star)
Cost: Tickets start at $10 online and $15 at the door but anyone wearing a Brick t-shirt gets free entry to the event
Asian Festival returns to La Villita
Also happening Saturday, La Villita will host the San Antonio Asian Festival. The one-day event will celebrate the diverse Asian diaspora in San Antonio and Bexar County.
The festival is one of San Antonio’s premier family-friendly events, with hands-on activities and opportunities to learn through experience. Attendees can enjoy authentic food, multicultural performances, educational demonstrations, music, games, art, fashion, crafts and more.
When: Saturday, May 11, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: La Villita Historic Village (418 Villita Street)
Cost: Tickets can be purchased online here. Prices start at $15 per person, and children under 12 years old get in free.
