SAN ANTONIO — San Antonians will want to enjoy the outdoors this week as chances for rain keep temperatures near average through the weekend. This is due to the chance for rain and storm development with the best chance to take place on Friday.
On Wednesday and Thursday storms develop but remain out west and east of our area. However Bexar County could see pop-up showers around the area but chances remain low at this time.
Late Thursday into the overnight hours is when San Antonians have the best chance to see storm development as a line of storms could make a run for our area. If this holds together damaging winds and hail are possible.
The best chance for rain is after midnight on Friday and by Friday afternoon weather is quiet. This chance for active weather will remain in effect until early Saturday afternoon allowing keeping temperatures in the mid 90s.
By next week rain chances will be out of our forecast and above average temperatures will prevail increasing into the upper 90s.
