SAN ANTONIO — Officials are asking for your help in finding a missing man with a diagnosed medical condition who was last seen on Friday, October 25, on the east side of town.
Sean Mikale Shugarts is 5'7" tall, weighs about 165 pounds, with brown eyes and brown, ear-top length straight hair, but he is currently balding. He was last seen on the 1400 block of Wyoming Street wearing jeans and no shoes or shirt. He has a tattoo of Led Zeppelin on right arm, a skill tattoo on his stomach, and a tattoo on his right wrist with the word "Daytona."
