SAPD: Police investigating after four men were reportedly being held against their will at motel

Officers were told that whoever was holding them was demanding payment for their release, police say.

SAN ANTONIO — Police are investigating after receiving a phone call about four men reportedly being held against their will at a downtown motel Saturday night.

San Antonio Police responded to the The Inn and Studios located on the 1500 block of Interstate 35 for a report of aggravated kidnapping.

Police say they received a phone call about a disturbance of some kind taking place at the motel. When officers arrived, the caller gave them photos of four men who were allegedly being held against their will at the motel, according to the caller. Officers were told that whoever was holding them was demanding payment for their release, police say.

Officers determined which rooms the victims were being held inside and obtained search warrants and were able to find the victims. Police say four victims, one confirmed to be under the age of 18, and three suspects were found.

Four suspects: 45-year-old Monica Martin, 49-year-old Susan Fisher, 57-year-old Ty Morris, and 25-year-old Alfred Wallace – were arrested and are being charged with aggravated kidnapping for ransom or reward.

Police are investigating the incident.

This is a developing story.
