SAPD releases surveillance footage in unsolved east-side murder

SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for information leading to the identification of the suspects responsible for the murder of Savon Robinson.

SAN ANTONIO – Police are searching for information leading to the identification of the suspects responsible for the murder of Savon Robinson.

On Nov. 22 around 9:30 a.m. Robinson was murdered by two unknown suspects in an alleyway in the 600 block of Green Valley Drive located on the east side.

Surveillance video shows Robinson jumping a fence that, police said, was behind his home. In the video, you can see Robinson walk down the alley out of frame.

Less than a minute after Robinson jumped the fence, two black males are seen running towards the direction he walked. The two men appear to be holding an object in their right hand.

About three minutes later the video shows the two walking back in the direction they originally came from.
