SAN ANTONIO — Two men were found shot after police received a call for loud music near a playground area of some apartments on the west side of town Sunday.
San Antonio police responded to the 5000 block of Glen Ridge Drive around 6:15 a.m. for a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived, they found two men with gunshot wounds by the playground area of the apartments.
Officers performed first aid on the victims until EMS arrived. Both men were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
One victim died from his gunshot wounds while the other was in surgery for his injuries.
The victim who died was later identified as 26-year-old Daniel Alejandro Rojas Flores who officially died from a gunshot wound.
