SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are searching for the person who hit a pedestrian just north of downtown on Saturday, failing to stop and render aid.
Police say a 28-year-old man was not on a crosswalk as he crossed the 800 block of East Mistletoe Avenue near the St. Mary’s Strip, when he was hit by an unknown driver in a silver Sedan.
The driver fled the scene east on North St. Mary’s Street, failing to stop and render aid to the pedestrian.
The man was not transported by EMS and did not suffer serious bodily injury, according to police.
When located, the driver faces one charge of collision involving injury.
This is a developing story.
