SAN ANTONIO — A gun battle on a highway on the east side sent one victim to the hospital with multiple gunshot wounds and left a car with over 20 bullet holes.

Police are still searching for the suspect who they say is driving a red car.

Interstate 10 from Loop 410 on-ramp to South WW White is closed while the police continue their investigation.
