SAN ANTONIO — Police are searching for the suspect who shot a man in the thigh early Sunday morning in a drive-by shooting on the west side of town.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. on Inez Avenue near Culebra Road. Police say a man was shot in the thigh after a car drove by and someone inside starting shooting.
The 36-year-old victim was rushed to the hospital and is expected to be okay. As for the suspects, officers say they searched the area but didn't find any evidence of the shooter. Based on information gathered, the suspect had demanded the victim’s vehicle, then shot him once.
