Secretary Julian Castro and his wife Erica welcomed a baby boy into their family.
In a tweet the former mayor of San Antonio showed off Cristian Juilan Castro. Secretary Castro also said his wife and the baby are doing well.
Castro and his wife also have a daughter named Carina.
