SAN ANTONIO — A medical examiner has confirmed a murder suicide where a woman shot a man before killing herself in Shavano Park.

Officers were called out Wednesday morning to the 100 block of Cinnamon Oak in response to gunshots heard in the area. Police said they found two adults dead in the home.

They are not looking for anyone else involved in the incident and confirmed this is being investigated as a murder-suicide.

The Bexar County Medical Examiner says the people found were 61-year-old Jerry Hernandez and 52-year-old Sonia Patricia Hernandez.
